Built by operators. For operators.
Like you, we dreamed about starting something of our own.
We planned for years, and we finally had enough of waiting.
Like you, we want to build something strong and sustainable that will last past our time.
A lot of people told us to move faster.
To throw something together and start selling.
We didn't.
We chose to be methodical because the people we're building for don't have time for shortcuts or half-working tools.
ProWorx is opinionated by design.
It's simple on purpose.
Built for people doing the work.
We're not here to be a vendor.
We're here to be useful.
ProWorx is built by operators.
We've spent our careers designing systems, leading teams, and fixing broken processes inside real organizations — not talking about them from the outside.
We build software the same way we've built everything else: deliberately, methodically, and with accountability.
Our perspective didn't come from a product roadmap or a pitch deck.
It came from experience.
One of our founders served in the Army and spent time deployed in Afghanistan. The lesson that stuck wasn't about rank or authority — it was about impact.
We saw firsthand that anyone can make a difference if they're willing to take responsibility, take risks, and listen to feedback.
Structure matters.
Feedback matters.
And systems determine outcomes long before effort does.
Those lessons shaped how we think about work — and how we build ProWorx.
Over the last decade, we've built and led teams at companies large and small.
We've designed operational systems that supported millions of dollars in revenue.
We've rebuilt onboarding and implementation processes.
We've reduced time-to-value by replacing manual chaos with clear structure.
We've led organizations with dozens of teams and nearly a hundred professionals.
The pattern has been the same everywhere:
simple systems, clearly defined ownership, and zero tolerance for excuses.
ProWorx is not a side project or a solo effort.
The team building this product has worked together for years. We were handpicked because we value the same things:
We don't waste time
We don't hide behind process
We don't accept "that's just how it is"
Everyone on this team has built real systems inside real companies.
Everyone here knows what it means to be accountable for outcomes.
We bring that same standard to ProWorx — and to the businesses that rely on it.
