ProWorx forms that collect SMS consent should clearly display language similar to the following near the phone number field or SMS checkbox:

No Sharing or Sale of Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing or promotional use.

All categories of information described in this Privacy Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties.

ProWorx may use third-party service providers to support platform functionality, including communications, payments, hosting, and infrastructure services. These providers are used to operate and support the services requested by our customers.
